Why Gas Karts? Simple, they are the most efficient. Our shortest race is 10 minutes. Fastkart’s longest race is 3 Hours!

Electric Karts, while fun, are severely limited by their batteries and recharging times. Usually, electric karts can go about 7 minutes before needing a recharge.

Gas Karts are the closest experience to real racing that you can get without owning your.

The Owner of Fastkart, Joe Miller, has had a passion for go karts, racing cars and helping the community since childhood.

Joe built his first Race Go Kart at 15. Bending the steel, pouring the molten aluminum, all the machining and welding was done at McNary Highschool in Keizer Oregon. That led to building race cars right out of college. Joe has built, worked on, crewed and team managed race cars you may have seen at every level of NASCAR. Even cars at Daytona!

Late night 1994, after a car race in Tucson Arizona. The race team was at a Go Kart Track. Joe decided he wanted a Go Kart Track. A couple of friends, local racing legends, Gordon and Jon Kirk, had their own ideas about a Go Kart Track. They joined forces and Fastkart was born October of 1999.

Jon headed on in a new direction in 2004. Gordon, in 2008.

Fastkart Spokane is the original, the home office, the center.
